In 1965 the Small Hours Programme revised the oldest rule on the hill with one neat typed line through one word. The rest of the standing orders are as calm as Coombe would have wanted. Record what you see. If nothing, record that. A typed foolscap memo with two punch holes and four orders, under the old Small Hours Staff crest, its NOT struck through by a single moon-gold typed line.
