How does a "collection" work?

Each collection is a small set of designs built around one idea and released together. When a new one lands, you'll find it under Collections, and everything we sell is under Shop all.

Are the t-shirts made to order?

Yes. Every tee is printed when you order it, by our print partner. That keeps waste down, and it's why there's a short production time before your order ships.

How long will my order take?

Production usually takes 2–5 working days. After that, delivery is usually 2–7 working days in the UK, and 5–20 working days to the EU, the US, Canada and everywhere else. Full details are on our Shipping page.

How much is shipping?

UK delivery is free. It's £5.99 to the EU, £6.99 to the US and Canada, and £11.99 to the rest of the world. That's one charge per order, however many tees you buy.

Where do you ship to?

The UK, the EU, the US and Canada, and most other countries. If your country isn't offered at checkout, our print partner can't deliver there yet. Outside the UK and EU, your local customs may charge import duties or fees on delivery; see our Shipping page.

What are the t-shirts like?

Stanley/Stella Creator 2.0: 100% organic ring-spun cotton, 180 g/m², with set-in sleeves and a ribbed collar. Black or French Navy, sizes XS to 5XL.

How do the t-shirts fit?

A medium, unisex fit. Each product page has a size guide, so check the measurements rather than guessing; garments can vary by up to 5 cm. Sizes are European, so they come up smaller than typical US sizing. If you're in the US, go up a size.

How should I wash my t-shirt?

Turn it inside out and machine-wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colours and a mild detergent. Skip the fabric softener and dry cleaning, and only use non-chlorine bleach if you really must. Hang it to dry or tumble-dry on low. If you iron it, use a cool iron with the tee inside out, and never iron the print. The print will thank you.

Can I return or exchange something?

Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, including the wrong size. Send it back (return postage is on you) and we'll refund you. We don't do direct swaps, so for a different size, return it and place a new order. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or misprinted, we'll replace it or refund you free of charge. Can I change or cancel my order?

Get in touch as soon as you can. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we can change or cancel it. Once printing has started we can't change it, but you can still cancel within 14 days of it arriving (see our Returns page).
