Shipping policy

Every Midnight Observatory t-shirt is made to order by our print partner. So there are two stages: we make it, then the courier brings it to you.

Making your order

Production usually takes 2–5 working days, not counting the day you order, weekends or bank holidays.

Delivery: where we ship and what it costs

One shipping charge per order, however many tees are in it. You'll see the cost at checkout before you pay.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods can add a few days. You'll get an email with tracking when your order ships. We ship to the UK, the EU, the US and Canada, and most other countries; if a destination isn't offered at checkout, our print partner can't deliver there.

Customs and import charges

- UK orders are made in the UK or sent duties-paid, so there are no import charges.

- EU orders are made in the EU, so you shouldn't face customs charges.

- For deliveries anywhere else, including the US and Canada, your parcel crosses a border. Local customs duties, taxes or handling fees may be charged on delivery; these aren't included in our prices or shipping and are payable by the recipient.

Lost, late or damaged

- If your order hasn't arrived a few working days after the latest estimated date, please contact us with your order number and we'll chase it.

- If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you.

- If it arrives damaged, see our Refund policy.

Address problems

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can change it only before your order goes into production. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll get in touch and can send it again, but we may ask you to cover the cost of re-sending.
