Every Midnight Observatory t-shirt is made to order, so your order goes through two stages: we make it, then the courier brings it to you.
1. Making your order
Production usually takes 2–5 working days (not counting the day you order, weekends or bank holidays).
2. Delivery
Once your order is made and shipped, you'll get an email with tracking. One shipping charge per order, however many tees are in it.

All of these are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods (hello, December) can add a few days, so order early for anything with a deadline.
Where do you ship to?
The UK, the EU, the US and Canada, and most other countries. If somewhere isn't offered at checkout, our print partner can't deliver there yet.
Customs and duties
- UK: no import charges. UK orders are made in the UK or sent duties-paid.
- EU: orders to the EU are made in the EU, so you shouldn't face customs charges.
- Everywhere else (including the US and Canada): your parcel crosses a border, so your local customs office may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees on delivery. These aren't included in our prices or shipping and are payable by the recipient.
My order hasn't arrived
If it still hasn't arrived a few working days after the latest estimated date, get in touch via our Contact page with your order number and we'll chase it. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you. That one's on us.
Wrong address?
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can change it only before your order goes into production. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll get in touch and can send it again, but we may ask you to cover the cost of re-sending.
