A retro space tee for careful packers: one brass heirloom, one tether and one rule about which way up it goes.

Telescope 2's lens cap: brass, about three inches across, 1887. In 1965 it went up with Flight One in Coombe I on a short tether, tied by the lip. It was carried face down, and the flight tag records that nobody turned it over in flight. Nobody has said why. A technical plate of the cap seen from outside only, TELESCOPE 2 engraved on its outer face, a moon-gold rim, a cord tether, a snap clip and a notched flight tag.
